Your Statement of Attainment does not have an expiry date; however, industry best practice recommends retraining every two years to maintain currency with legislative and market changes.
A Unique Student Identifier (USI) must be supplied and verified prior to the issuance of your certification.
The duration of the Salesperson and Property Managers Certificate course is designed to be completed within 6 months of enrolment. This includes any holiday periods within that timeframe. The face to face zoom and in class sessions will run three consecutive days from 9am – 5pm.

The Office of Fair Trading is the Queensland Government body responsible for regulating the real estate industry. To work in real estate in Queensland, you must meet their eligibility and suitability requirements and apply for a Registration Certificate or Licence after completing the required training with an RTO like QRET. This course provides the educational units for your Registration Certificate application.
