Refund Policy

If you choose to withdraw from an online course before the commencement of the course, you will be eligible for a refund of tuition fees paid, less a $250 administration fee.

If you withdraw from an online course after the course has commenced, no refund will be provided.

If you choose to withdraw from a face-to-face course before the course commencement date, you must notify us in writing. A $250 administration fee will be retained, and the balance of any tuition fees paid will be refunded.

No refund will be provided for withdrawals made on or after the course commencement date.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the date of receipt of your written request for a refund. Refunds will be made to the bank account or credit card used for the initial payment. Please note that any non-refundable fees or charges associated with your payment method will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by email and update the policy on our website.
