Alternatively, face-to-face and virtual class formats are also available, providing a more structured learning experience.

Upon successful completion of the Salesperson and Property Management course, participants will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for the following 12 units of competency:
Your Statement of Attainment does not have an expiry date; however, industry best practice recommends retraining every two years to maintain currency with legislative and market changes.
A Unique Student Identifier (USI) must be supplied and verified prior to the issuance of your certification.
The duration of the Salesperson and Property Management course in QLD is designed to be completed within 6 months of enrolment. This includes any holiday periods within that timeframe. The face to face zoom and in class sessions will run three consecutive days from 9am – 5pm.
