The Salesperson and Property Managers Certificate is an essential stepping stone for anyone aspiring to enter the Queensland real estate industry. This course, offered by QLD Real Estate Training, equips learners with fundamental skills and knowledge for various roles, including Receptionist, Assistant Property Manager, and Sales Associate. With no prerequisites required, it’s ideal for individuals seeking a career change or entry-level position. The training is delivered online over six months, featuring a blend of short answer and multiple-choice questions, along with case studies. Enrollees benefit from unlimited trainer support, flexible online resources, and opportunities for further advancement in real estate qualifications.
This course covers 12 units of competency (5 core units and 7 elective units).
To successfully complete the Sales Person and Property Managers course, competency must be demonstrated in:

Upon successful completion of the Sales Person and Property Managers Certificate course, participants will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for the following 12 units of competency:
Your Statement of Attainment does not have an expiry date; however, industry best practice recommends retraining every two years to maintain currency with legislative and market changes.
A Unique Student Identifier (USI) must be supplied and verified prior to the issuance of your certification.
The duration of the Salesperson and Property Managers Certificate course is designed to be completed within 6 months of enrolment. This includes any holiday periods within that timeframe. The face to face zoom and in class sessions will run three consecutive days from 9am – 5pm.
